Cultural Awareness in West Prince - Session

Rural Action Centre – 455 Main Street – Alberton will be hosting a Session entitled –

“Cultural Awareness”

Maximizing the different skills and perspectives of our diverse community is imperative to our success in West Prince.

 Working with people from different cultures presents both challenges and opportunities.

Join us, as we strengthen our skills at working cross-culturally, move beyond diversity to inclusion,

and leverage our individual and collective strengths.

Rural Action Centre – 455 Main Street – Alberton will be hosting a Session entitled 

“Cultural Awareness”

For your convenience, this session will be offered

Tuesday, September 24th – 10am to 12noon


       Wednesday, September 25th – 5:30pm to 7:30pm

The PEI Association for Newcomers to Canada’s Cultural Inclusion Training program is delivering a presentation that will examine the core beliefs, attitudes and perceptions that are key to success in working across cultures. Participants will look at how culture influences communication and build intercultural skills so that we as community leaders can harness the enormous potential that comes from our differences.

Facilitator for this Free event will be Lisa Dollar, Cultural Inclusions Trainor – PEI Association of Newcomers to Canada.
