Financial Literacy 101 for Newcomers & New Residents to Rural PEI!

** Do you have a place in mind and aren’t sure about how to get a Mortgage to purchase it?
This session is for you!
Western PEI Community Navigator in partnership with Scotia Bank O’Leary will be offering a presentation/ information session on mortgage requirements, with a focus on programs specifically available to newcomers to get started with their new life in Rural PEI.
Participants will receive tips and information on the process for getting started with purchasing your first home.
During this Information Session, we will also discuss challenges and how to overcome common errors and mistakes that often result in clients having their mortgages declined.
This session will be held at the Alberton Rural Action Centre (RAC) – 455 Main Street, Alberton, PEI on Friday, November 17th – 1pm to 3pm.
