David Boyce is a certified Project Manager (PMP) with close to 30 years of managing projects regionally, nationally, and internationally. He has been involved in the environmental management and community development fields since 1993. Mr. Boyce is also a certified Change Manager and trainer, with experience in both the public and private sector.
