About Jillian Kilfoil
Jillian Kilfoil has developed expertise in proposal writing during her 15 years of non-profit experience. Having worked with local and national organizations she has developed a strong understanding of the funding landscape in PEI and across the country. She has developed countless proposals and secured hundreds of thousands of dollars for multiple organizations. As Executive Director of Women’s Network PEI she has secured significant investments from diverse sources. Jillian Kilfoil is originally from Western PEI, now resides in Eastern PEI and is an active member of the community sector here.
