Janet Ogilvie operates her alpaca fibre production farm and agrotourism business, Green Gable Alpacas, in Birch Hill.
The fibre produced from her alpacas is turned into luxury yarns which she hand-dyes and sells in the farm shop and online.
From May to September, Janet and her team of loyal employees open the farm gates to the public and offer Authentic PEI Experiences where visitors enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at their operations.
Janet has often turned to the Alberton Rural Action Centre for assistance and information.
