This Session, for Employers and Employees, will provide information to assist with employer/employee rights and obligations under the Employment Standards Act and Regulations.

A variety of topics will be covered including Vacation Pay, Statutory Holidays, Special Leaves, Notice of Termination, Wage Recovery, Overtime, Reporting Pay, and other areas of concern.

Facilitator for this free session will be Robert Yeo, Employment Standards Officer – Province of PEI.
