Project Management Basics

Jacinthe Lemire, PMP, will walk participants through the basic steps to effectively manage projects from conception to execution. Participants will learn the key steps to efficiently manage a project, discover how to use project management tools, and gain skills to structure, plan, and execute projects successfully.

This workshop is designed for beginners in project management, team leaders, or anyone needing to acquire essential skills to manage simple to intermediate-level projects.

Jacinthe Lemire, PMP, has over twenty-five years’ experience working in project management, community development and supporting the Not-for-Profits. She is a seasoned workshop facilitator, who holds the project managemetn (PMP) designation and a Master’s Degree in management sciences from HEC, the graduate business school at l’Université de Montréal.
