Jacinthe Lemire, PMP, will guide participants through the fundamental steps for effectively managing projects, from conception to execution. Participants will learn the key steps for effectively managing a project, discover how to use project management tools, and acquire the skills necessary to successfully structure, plan, and execute projects.

This online workshop is designed for beginners in project management, team leaders, or anyone who needs to acquire the essential skills to manage simple to intermediate projects.

Jacinthe Lemire, PMP, has over 25 years of experience in project management, community development, and supporting non-profit organizations. An experienced workshop facilitator, she holds the title of Project Management Professional (PMP) and a master’s degree in management science from HEC, the University of Montreal’s business school.
