Billy Clements – East Coast Upholstery

Billy Clements is the owner/operator of East Coast Upholstery in Belfast, PEI. His company provides professional upholstery service to all industries, specializing in automotive and marine interiors and custom covers. Billy started his entrepreneurial journey with a visit to the Rural Action Centre in Montague.

“The Rural Action Centre helped make a difference in my business start up by offering me continuous support through the entire start up process with all my start up needs,” says Billy. “The Rural Action Centre specifically provided me with courses to prep me for accounting, taxes, payroll and more, and CBDC Eastern PEI provided me with a start up loan for equipment, supplies and essentials needed to open my shop. Two years later East coast Upholstery is successfully open and operating providing service to the general public.”
