Join us for this free 4-week series with Cathy Rose MBA to help create or refine your business plan!

Sessions will be held from 6:00-8:30PM each evening of October 13, 20, 27 & November 3. These sessions are offered as a hybrid – you can opt to attend in person or online.

Week 1 – Business Overview, Company Ownership & Legal Entity, Business Registration, Regulations, Production Plan, Management & Staffing Requirements

Week 2 – Pricing, Suppliers, Market Research, Advertising & Promotion, Competitive Analysis

Week 3 – Accounting Terminology, Start-up Costs, Personal Contribution, 2-year Financial Projections, Review of Cash Flow, Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Assumptions

Week 4 – Guest Speakers re: Grants, Loans, Resources from Community and Business Plan Feedback
