Successful Business Plan Workshops

FREE 4 Part Series with Cathy Rose, MBA

April 1, 8, 15 & 22, 2025 from 6:00pm – 8:30pm

The Business Plan Workshops consist of four 2.5-hour workshops delivered once a week in person and/ or virtually (hybrid).

These weekly business plan sessions combine presentations and learning materials with hands-on activities.

Learning Outcomes

• Session 1: Business Overview, Company Ownership and Legal Entity, Business

Registration, Regulations, Production Plan, Management and Staffing Requirements

• Session 2: Pricing, Suppliers, Market Research, Advertising and Promotion, and

Competitive Analysis

• Session 3: Accounting Terminology, Start-up Costs, Personal Contribution, 2-year

financial projections (review cash flow, income statement, balance sheet, &

assumptions)

• Session 4: Guest speakers re: grants, loans and resources from the community, business plan feedback
