Léo-Paul Arsenault sees great value in having a Rural Action Centre in his region. The owner of LP Electronics has been repairing TVs and electronic equipment in Prince County for over 40 years. Through word of mouth, he knew the Rural Action Centre provided support and assistance to small businesses. “They helped me access programs that improved my business,” says Arsenault, whose company also installs and services Xplore Internet.
