Ignition Fund Open
Applications are now open for the 2022 spring Ignition Fund , which offers up to $25,000 to launch or expand a business in Prince Edward Island. The deadline for applications is May 2, 2022. Innovation PEI is hosting Information Sessions across the island to talk with entrepreneurs and answer questions about the program criteria, the application process, and more! You can attend these sessions in person or virtually. All sessions take place from 12 to 1 p.m.

Wellington RAC supporting Acadian Entrepreneurs Gala – April 9
The spotlight will be on Acadian and Francophone entrepreneurs during the Entrepreneurs Gala, a banquet and awards ceremony, hosted by the PEI Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce (CCAFLIPE) on Saturday, April 9 at the Village musical in Abrams Village. Tickets can be purchased at the Wellington Rural Action Centre until March 31, 2022.
Jobs for Youth – Applications Open for Employers
Employers still have time to apply for wage subsidies to hire summer students through the Jobs for Youth program. The deadline to apply is April 15, 2022. To APPLY check HERE.
Community Cultural Partnership Program
Your non-profit organization may be eligible for up to $2,500 to assist with activities that promote the culture and heritage of Prince Edward Island. Check Community Cultural Partnership Program for details. Priority will be given to new initiatives fostering community partnerships. APPLY HERE. Applications will be accepted until April 15, 2022 at 4pm.
